The next step is creating a computer digitized pattern to achieve the best fabric yield and reducing waste during production. We are constantly evolving and learning to become more efficient in production lines to cut down on costs. SND employs a myriad of technology that allows us to quickly implement or hand you a comprehensive package to go straight into production. We also believe in taking a real time approach in constructing the garment to simulate any issues or drawbacks that may be experienced to eliminate the margin for mistakes
Cutting
Our Development Process starts with an accurate quotation of your garment by our design and production team. Our experienced production staff will carefully go over your garment or tech pack and the process involved in making it to exact specifications. We will provide an accurate quote and suggest ways to either improve on it or streamline the manufacturing process to achieve the perfect garment/textile good at the most competitive price. Our cutting Department is equipped with Gerber CAD/CAM machines as well as YIN USA automatic spreaders. This allows us to operate with better yields in terms of fabric usage for your production, therefore keeping a stable cost for your product. Throughout all the processes (marking, spreading, cutting, bundling and pre-processing) SND strives to constantly update our experience and technology to remain competitive and relevant.

Our sewing department is set up by lines for every product, each process within that product is then evaluated and put into a flow that is as efficient as possible. In addition, our sewing floor is completely modular which allows us to pivot with very little down time Each operator is trained and experienced in their craft with most having years of experience and skill. Those that do not possess years of skill are trained and integrated in such a way that allows SND to maximize output of production
